1. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)
As a consumer in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you receive your goods.
2. How to return an item

- The item(s) you wish to return
Returned items must be:
- Unused
- In original condition
- In original packaging
3. Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you by email.
If approved, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned item.
4. Return shipping costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error or a defective item
5. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
- Digital products (such as downloadable music), once the download has started with your explicit consent
- Sealed items that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons, if unsealed after delivery
- Opened audio recordings (vinyl, CDs, cassettes)
6. Sale items
Sale items are subject to the same legal return rights as regular-priced items.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival.
