ASW Collective ("ASW", "we", "us") is based in the Netherlands and runs aswcollective.com, an independent techno label covering music releases, merchandise and production tools (ASW Lab). This page explains what personal data we collect through the site and how we use it.
Merch orders placed through the site are completed by email, not through an online checkout; any payment or shipping details you share for a merch order are handled directly between you and us, not stored on the site itself.
ASW Lab plugins are sold through Gumroad, an independent payment processor and marketplace. When you buy a plugin, Gumroad collects your payment details and the email address needed to deliver your download; we receive your name, email and order details, but never see or store your card details. Gumroad acts as an independent data controller for the checkout and processes this information under its own privacy policy.
Some pages embed content from Bandcamp and YouTube. These third parties may set their own cookies or collect data when you interact with their embedded players; that is governed by their own privacy policies, not ours.
We use the information you send us or receive via Gumroad to fulfil your order, respond to your message or demo submission, and communicate with you about it. We do not sell your data to third parties.
We keep email correspondence and order records for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request or order, and to meet our bookkeeping obligations under Dutch law (generally 7 years for financial records).
Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to object to or restrict how we use it. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at info@aswcollective.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
