We ship from the Netherlands, within the Netherlands and, on request, elsewhere in the EU. Exact shipping costs depend on your location and will be confirmed by email before you pay.
Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes a few business days within the Netherlands and somewhat longer for other EU destinations. These are estimates, not guarantees.
ASW Lab plugins are not shipped. They are sold and delivered digitally through Gumroad: after purchase, Gumroad emails you a download link and license instructions directly, usually within minutes.
If a merch order arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all, contact us and we'll work out a replacement or refund. For issues with a plugin purchase or download, contact us and we'll sort it out together with Gumroad if needed.
